Traffic Erasers is located in Clifton Park, NY and currently serves Warren, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga, and Albany Counties.

Our systems of cleaning come out of 30 years of trial and error and a lot of frustration in the  commercial and residential real estate leasing industry. We have partnered with the traditional janitorial industry to arrive at the superior cleaning system we have today.

For years we tried just about every cleaning method to maintain our own floors in our real estate holdings and each time we were not happy with the results. Something better was needed!

We tried all types of equipment and hired many carpet cleaning contractors. Each time the dirt we had hoped to remove was still there after the cleaning. So many times we installed new carpet knowing that the carpet cleaning methods out there did not work.

On tile and grout floors we found ourselves on our knees with brushes and all the cleaning solutions we could find only to once again be disappointed in the time it took, the cost of cleaning to get less than desirable the results.

So you can see how we were delighted to develop a system that actually delivered the clean we were looking for.
